Recommendations for sending letters to the support team
    MicroSoft Outlook Express 6
    The protection system, like any automatically operating system, constantly requires control from the person. There are two cases when you need to fine-tune the system from the side of the mail server.
    Manual addition of postal addresses:
    If the user received an unwanted message, but it was not recognized by the protection system, then such a message should be sent as an attachment to the spam@jinr.ru mailing address.

    To send a message as an attachment, you must perform the following steps:

    ((Fig. 1): You note an advertising letter, then click the right mouse button. Open the context menu, select the item Forward as attachment.

    (Fig. 2): The New message window will be opened. In the To: field, enter address spam@jinr.ru and click on the Send button (with a picture of the letter and the outgoing arrow).

    Manual removal of postal addresses:
    If the message was erroneously marked by the security system as an unwanted message, then such a message must be sent as an attachment to the mailing address nospam@jinr.ru.

    To send a message as an attachment, you must perform the following steps:

    (Fig. 3): Mark an important letter, then click the right mouse button and open the context menu, select the item Forward as attachment.

            Configuring the program in case of use the POP3 mailbox:

    First create a folder to store unwanted emails. You need to do the following:

    (Fig. 5): Note the list of Local folders in the list, then click the right mouse button. Open the context menu, select the item Create folder ...

    (Fig. 6): The Create folder window opens. Enter the folder name in the Folder name: field, then press the OK button to complete the operation.

    Now let’s create a rule to move all unsolicited emails into a separate folder. You need to do the following:

    (Fig. 7): On the Tools menu, select Rules for messages, then select Mail ...

    (Fig. 8): The New Mail Rule window opens. In section 1, check the box Search messages containing the specified words in the "Subject:" field. In section 2, check the Move to the specified folder check box. Accordingly in section 3, the lines Search for messages containing the specified words in the "Subject:" field and Move to the specified folder appeared in section 4, change the name to the Rule for spam mail.

    (Fig. 9): In the previous window (Fig. 8) in section 3, we click on the inscription containing the specified words. The Enter keywords window opens. In the top line, enter the word-mark *** SPAM ***, then click the Add button and the OK button to return to the previous window (Fig. 8).

    (Fig. 10) In the window (Fig. 8) in section 3 click on the caption specified. The Move window appears. Expand the Local folders list and select the folder created earlier (Fig. 6), then click the OK button to return to the previous window (Fig. 8).

    (Fig. 12): The Rules for messages window opens with a list of filters installed in the program. Check if all the settings are correct, then click OK to exit this window.

    Now all the letters that contain the word-marker *** SPAM *** in the subject field: will automatically move to the spam folder.

    Unfortunately, you can not configure MicroSoft Outlook Express 6 if you use the IMAP mailbox. You can read about it in one of the windows of the program:
