Local clamav antivirus update mirror

Access to servers with clamav antivirus updates was restricted for Russian networks in March 2022.
We recommend that administrators of JINR mail servers using this antivirus switch to a local update mirror.

Make the following changes to the freshclam.conf:

#DatabaseMirror database.clamav.net
DatabaseMirror https://clamav.jinr.ru

and then remove the freshclam.dat file and restart the service:

rm -f /var/lib/clamav/freshclam.dat
systemctl restart clamav-freshclam
