Protect http data with SSL certificates

JINR web server administrators are advised to install a forced redirect from http to the https version of the site.

JINR uses two types of certificates for https encryption - a license certificate*.jinr.ru and derived certificates from the native CA certificate jinr.ru . The disadvantage of the latter is that it must be pre-installed on the client's computer.

The host pairs are the certificate/key of the native CA certificate, as well as the license certificate*.jinr.ru and his key is provided to the administrators upon request for noc@jinr.ru
