    1. It is strongly not recommended to use forwards/forwards. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery if the user is in the mood. Not in any scheme, even when sending messages between internal servers. A few years ago, an indication of the direction was indicated - for official correspondence, use only food fields, since only in this case it is possible to track the passage and delivery of messages.

      If you have several mail accounts on different servers, then it is recommended to use a wide client (thunderbird, outlook), in which you can configure IMAP access to each account. And do not send mail forwards to one address.

    2. The maximum total volume of a user's mailbox and user folders is 3000 MB by default. When this volume is reached, the user receives an e-mail alert, and if exceeded, all incoming user’s mail will be reflected by the mail server with diagnostic code: 450 Try again later. Installation and removal of locks are performed automatically every 15 minutes.

      To increase the volume of your mailbox, you need to send a request to noc@jinr.ru

    3. The size of one message sent should not exceed 256 Mb. If you need to send larger volumes - divide into parts, or upload files to the hosting and send links.

    4. By default, the users are disabled of the possibility of mass mailing. When you try to send a message to more than 50 recipients, from a mail program or via webmail, the user’s account can be automatically locked. To restore access and enable the permanent permission for mailings, call the JINR Network Service, tel. 216-34-88

    5. For regular mass mailings, we recommend using the service maillist.jinr.ru.
